The rake is designed for raking dried grass from swaths into windrows, tedding it in swaths, wrapping and doubling the windrows.
They are used for harvesting sown grasses, as well as grasses from natural hayfields with a yield of over 10 c/ha on plains with a mass moisture content of 25 to 80%. The rake is aggregated with wheeled tractors of the 0.6-1.4 kn class.
