The BD - 8 x 2 PK trailed disc harrow is designed for resource-saving pre-sowing tillage for sowing grain, industrial and forage crops. Destroys weeds and crushes crop residues after harvesting crops, including crushing, leveling and compacting the soil.

Disk durability and reliabilityHigh-strength boron steel is used as materials, and thanks to a thickness of 6 mm and a hardness of 48-52 HRC, the discs last longer.
Roller height adjustmentAll DBs are equipped with support screws (turnbuckles) in addition to the roller, which allows you to adjust the processing depth. The press roller becomes a support roller, so there is no need to adhere to a set angle of attack.
Reinforced stand 58.5 mm with groove for lubricationThe paper machine stand has a diameter of 58.5 mm. Groove for lubrication along the entire perimeter of the rack is 1.5 mm. Allows you to lubricate the “post-frame bushing” interface; the post will not bend or break during operation.
Maintenance-free cutting unitDoes not require monthly maintenance and significantly increases the productivity of the implement.
Heavy Duty Spiral RollerThe skating rink is made of a 25x25 mm square, curled into a spiral. Pipe ⌀ 159 mm, thickness 5 mm. Spiral fastening rod 18 mm. Side support made of 16 mm sheet.
Adjustable angle of attackTo select the optimal processing mode, each row of discs has the ability to adjust the angle of attack from 0 to 30° and the working width of the disc.
